The California Current Ecosystem LTER Education and Outreach program engages in partnerships that provide unique opportunities to share scientific data and experiences from site research. These opportunities foster the development of interdisciplinary projects where educational materials are developed from current scientific investigations by CCE LTER scientists. These interdisciplinary projects simulate the challenges that scientists face when analyzing and interpreting long-term results. Each project is enriched by the interactions between scientists, educators, students and technicians, as well as by original data.
