The four studies provided within this chlorophyll project take you through a series of investigations simulating how CCE scientists understand phytoplankton variations in the California Current Ecosystem. The studies specifically focus on phytoplankton's role in the marine environment and how climatic change may alter plankton abundance. We have provided access to the real time series data for graphing and analysis. Additionally, you have access to a database to explore other variables and their relationship to Chl a biomass.
